To set up your outreach campaign we hold: the name you give us, your contact details, your brand name, the country you target, and the candidate profiles you send.
Your Gmail app password and LLM API key are encrypted end-to-end the moment you submit them and are readable only by the provisioning workflow — never stored in plaintext, never read by people in chat.
Your candidate data lives in your own tenant under a master key you control. Deleting a profile file deletes the profile. Your data is never sold or shared.
Generated PDFs are deleted on send or reject and purged after 72 hours. Draft letter text is kept only while it awaits your decision and is erased when you decide, or automatically after 14 days if you do not. Candidate data you enter on the setup form is sealed (encrypted) and used only to find and draft that candidate's applications; removing a candidate deletes their profile. Settled application records (job title, employer, status) age out after 60 days.
